Don’t believe the reviews. They are all fake. If I could have giving 0 stars I would have. The management of this property does not care and nothing ever changes. I lived at the Addison of Windermere for about 5 years and shame on me for living there that long. The pool, the gym, the grounds, the dog park, and the property are not maintained. The AC units and elevators are always breaking and forget about if any thing ever breaks in the gym because it takes months for them to replace it, if they even do that. I am sure someo... read more

After inúmeros e-mails back and forward, Greyson could not answer if the units have carpet or not! Sometimes, they say hard wood floors, but they ment vinyl and is just on common areas. He only has genetic answers that you can get on apartments.com. Please get someone to represent this company that is not lazy and unprofessional, just a waist of time! I will write to the corporation too!
