I have lived here for 3 years and have always been so patient and understanding when issues occur. We have had roaches and it took them months to exterminate them. They have had system processing issues where they made us come in with money orders with a days notice with zero exception to being late and I complied. Our AC breaks constantly and they never fix it same day, but I know they are busy and so understaffed so I tried to be patient while my apartment is so hot.
