My son and daughter in law stayed her and stay away. The management and office staff treated her bad because she is “different” from them. They went months with dryer which they pay for . Lots of times valet trash didn’t pick up their trash which they pay for. The gates are always broken . But the main thing is the treatment they received from staff there.
This review is based on our experience after living at this residence for approximately nine months. Unfortunately, there have been several ongoing issues that have impacted our overall experience. Pest activity has been present within our apartment building, including inside our unit. Additionally, multiple maintenance deficiencies were evident at move-in, which suggested that a full pre-occupancy inspection may not have been completed prior to the unit being delivered. Don't trust them. I should copy and paste my whole complaint I drafted but if anyone can show me where in this offer it says brand new resident (I'm not a transfer I filled out new app and admin fee and paid security for a total of almost 2500 for my first month) ... I did everything right it was well within the time frame, I listed the referring residents names and their unit number... And I'm getting lied to and given a tough time.
