I have lived at the Addison apartments for 5 years, since they have opened, and they have no shortage of issues. The walls are paper thin, the mailroom is a mess and nightmare, the gates serve no purpose other than being a constant inconvenience to the residents, elevators are always broken, pool is closed most of summer etc, but the one thing that will stop me from renewing my lease in spite of the attractive renewal price is the fire alarms.
