Made an appointment to view apartments on Nov 29th and showed up to an empty leasing office. Waited for an hour and no one showed up. Called multiple times and nobody answered. Very unprofessional.
Thanks to Amy for making this move in process so quick and easy. The property is very well kept and my unit was very well cleaned before moving in. On the other hand after living here for almost 2 years I noticed an increase in theft from the mail room. This is the second time my packages have been stolen. Once from inside and once from the outside. If it is delivered outside they can do nothing about the missing packages. Just be mindful bc you do pay a extra fees for mail room/locker usage.
Kayla and Klara were both extremely helpful during me and my wife’s process of moving to are very first apartment! Klara always gave us tours even after we were there for like the 7th time! Kayla did a very great job at explaining everything in detail and being patient with my very specific and I bet sometimes annoying questions. They both showed excellent communication and understanding to me and my wife. Kayla also did a superb job at emailing me all my necessary documents and making sure that we were all on the same page.... read more
