I lived here for a year and enjoyed it. The amenities are nice and the management/office team was great to work with and very helpful. Maintenance was always quick. If it wasn’t for work, I’d be resigning my lease.
I Love my Apartment!! It’s the best floor plan layout for the price on hwy 54 Plus the price is amazingly affordable 👍 The community amenities are amazing enjoyable family environment lots of positiveness here..many things around here n location is the best!! Plus SMOKE FREE zero smoking ON THE PROPERTY love this 🥰 Office staff is amazingly helpful at all times Very professional n kind always..🥰 This community is well built & designed 🤩
4.5/5 Stars I've lived in this apartment complex since 2020 and have moved units three times during that period. In that time, I've seen and heard just about everything.I've held off on writing a review because I still live here and wanted to avoid any bias. A great place to live!!! I looked at over 10 apartment complexes when I moved back to Florida a few years ago. Addison Lake was the only property which really stood out to me. The grounds are beautiful, the units are very modern and the pool area is spacious and kept up well. The gym is kept up very well with very modern equipment. I will continue to renew my lease here for the foreseeable future because it is the best around by far.
