If I could give a zero I would, poorly constructed, no straight walls, I’ve spent $2,300 on electrical issues, $1,200 on plumbing issues, currently repainting as the they took no care in masking and even missed walls. Still have no screens on the windows and every time it rains I’m able to float around the yard in my kayaks. Without accountability this builder and now known as PBG will build you a fixer upper. My house is well built! Ofcourse we paid a ton of money for the foundation inspection, the pre and post drywall inspection, the pre close inspection and the 11 month inspection. This was many well spent! Our home is very well built and we are happy! I will say that the warranty is not the best! We had only a few minor things that needed to be fixed and it took a lot of calling and prodding to get it done! They need to do better with that. I suggest if you are interested in building here.. make sure you pay for the best indep... read more

Called the real estate agent in 2020 because they dug up my property without permission. Rude lady I called a bAd WoRd. She then threatened me and stood on my property. Told her I’d get her license revoked. She ran off like a weirdo. Community isn’t very nice.
