A friend recommended Barry at Acupuncture Works and I am so glad that I sought him out. He is both professional and compassionate. I initially came back to acupuncture to tackle problems with allergies (dust) and resulting congestion. Not only did the treatments alleviate the congestion, it also revealed (and helped to heal) other health-related issues that came up in our initial work-up and following appointments. I started seeing Amy and Barry for acupuncture about 10 years ago after being diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and the co-infection, Bartonella. I was struggling with numbness in my hands and feet, anxiety, weakness and extreme pain all over my body. After just a few treatments, I began to feel some relief.
