I've been using an Active Workplace LLC personal trainer (Haley N.) for over a year and she is WONDERFUL! Thorough, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable about muscle groups and forms to prevent injury, prepared and motivational. I highly recommend Haley and Active Workplace!
