*Update ( condo selling)* Since the original review, Nell and Jason sold our condo. To say we didn't have the bandwidth to "deal with it" due to so much going on in our personal lives is an understatement and gladly, we didn't have to. Working with Jason, wow, where do we start? We jumped to working with the ACD group in January 2024, we had been looking since January 2023 and lost out on some gems. Jason and Nell found me a perfect condo in the West Loop after moving from Annapolis, Md. This was my 6th home I purchased and I had the very best experience with them. It began months before my move when Jason and Nell showed me homes in various neighborhoods in Chicago so that I can get a feel of different neighborhoods.
