Me and my husband have been doing taxes with this group for several years and we have never had an issue. Unfortunately this year things have changed. Our taxes were filed and we gave it several weeks before we realized we still hadn’t gotten our return. Overall a very poor experience with this business. I was referred to the team by a colleague who had received outstanding service for years from the founder of the practice. He is now passing the business on to his son, who unfortunately doesn't seem capable of taking it on. I spent over five months chasing Aaron to help with my accounting needs.
