The complex finally fixed the parking and removed the ridiculous speed bumps then added EV chargers. The Accolade’s lobby is nice, doormen are courteous, the lounge is spacious and accommodating. The elevators could use an upgrade. Units are the biggest studios I have ever seen with storage galore. The neighborhood is shady though. Walking distance from the Ferry which is convenient.
There's nothing like it on Staten Island ... huge units and views like no other.
