I can't say enough great things about The Accident Guys. They went above and beyond in my case-- especially when I got a new case manager (Lucille Batoctoy)!! Prior to Lucille, my updates were few and far. Once Lucille tookover, I recieved regular updates, and she even helped me get an appropriate amount for the car rental (separate from the settlement).
