This is an awesome gym with amazing trainers. I’m a woman that’s been coming for 1 1/2 years and since then my strength, confidence and overall well- being has increased significantly. A real gym that is very approachable - trainers that train to meet your goals with clientele that are friendly and fun. Very highly recommend.

I started training at ASP in 2017 as a high school field hockey player. When I walked into the gym for the first time almost 8 years ago, I never could have imagined how much confidence and strength I would have today. ASP is a one of a kind gym that can tailor to the needs of high school athletes, strength athletes, and individuals looking to improve their health and fitness. I have been a member of Academy for 6 years. Academy has been the best private gym I have ever trained at. And will continue train at. What makes Academy special is not their equipment. But the people. Jensen(owner) has built a gym to help support any member. Who wants improve their goals. Fellow coaches as Nick, Austin, and Maddie are the best coaches out there. I truly recommend this gym to anyone. No matter what your fitness levels are. Anyone is welcome at Academy.

I’ve been training at ASP since 2021 and the gym members and staff have become like another family to me. I’ve felt comfortable and safe every time I enter, and the 24/7 access to the facility at the price point is a steal. Jensen, the owner, has poured a lot of energy into the space and garden on the side. Not every gym can you train with the best equipment and leave with fresh produce!
