By far the best coaches I have ever worked with, helped me develop my game and come back from an ACL injury. Perfect mix of a hard workout while also having some fun. Best training I have ever done!
I found ASP through Laura Phelps, who is the most amazing local trainer I’ve ever met. I’ve been so impressed with ASP. Jensen and his staff have built a welcoming gym atmosphere; never dramatic or clicky. My upper elementary boys have tagged along a few times the past year and enjoyed themselves so much they begged to train too. Very friendly people who make the work out environment more comfortable and enjoyable for everyone!
My trainer, Nick, has tailored my workouts to accommodate my needs. This is a friendly, supportive atmosphere, and going to this gym is the highlight of my week. I’m a 50 year old mom…..I feel just as valued and accepted as the younger athletes who train here. Despite the name, you don’t have to play a sport to belong. This is truly a place for anyone of any age or fitness level!
I have been coming to ASP since January 2026 after years (or decades) of little to no activity. Nick Newport took the time to get to know me, my desires for improving my health and planned a workout regimen tailored to my needs. While the workouts are demanding, he keeps the sessions light-hearted to keep me coming back. The entire staff are vested in helping you reach whatever goals you desire. The atmosphere in the gym is laidback and supportive.
