Great gym! Just joined here, great friendly environment and they have everything I need for my lifting program!
ASP is a great facility with a ton of diverse equipment. The staff is awesome and the gym has 24/7 access for members. Best gym I’ve been to in the Cincinnati area!
Absolutely an amazing experience at this gym! Nick tailored my workouts to assist with severe knee pain from previous injuries! I had limited mobility with both knees, and I have seen great improvements in that and with general strength! Thank you Nick for all of your help! Looking forward to future workouts with you and even more progress in my fitness and abilities!!!
