I’ve been to all but maybe 3 - 4 gyms in the Cincinnati area, ASP has EVERYTHING! You can literally find workout equipment here to work muscles from your hands down to your feet ( & everything in between) Top tier gym, top tier equipment, top tier staff!
Absolutely love this gym! Has anything you could need from bodybuilding, lifestyle, strongman, or powerlifting. Very friendly staff and I always get a good lift here.
Academy of Sports Performance is the best!! You really can’t find this variety of equipment at any other gyms in Cincinnati. The monthly open gym cost is well worth it and it’s so nice to have 24/7 access. I just started working with Nick to program my workouts and can already tell this is going to be a game changer! Highly recommend.
I love lifting at asp. Such a wonderful gym with great trainers. It offers a ton of space and equipment for everyone.
