The environment and culture are dope, encouraging, and super friendly staff! I love being a part of what is happening here in Compton! The coaches really care and go out of their way to help you!!! Def highly recommend!
I love being a member of this gym. I started my fitness journey weighing 238 lbs. I now weigh 209 and feel healthier and stronger. They have a great facility, equipment, and great coaches. All the coaches keep a watchful eye on your form so you don’t hurt yourself and provide exercise modifications that fit your needs. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.
