My outdoor condenser completely stopped turning on after heavy rain, and instead of immediately trying to upsell me on major repairs or a new system, he actually took the time to properly diagnose the issue step by step. I can’t saw enough great things about the service I received from The AC Guys. My A/C was struggling in the afternoons and evenings. Kevin found the problem (a blower motor), replaced the motor and topped off the coolant leak and I was back in cool temps in less than 2 hours. I’m so very grateful and appreciative for all his hard work. Thank you AC Guys
