I been here since 2023 and it’s been a good experience here! It’s quiet and peaceful here. I’m moving into a bigger unit this week and the process is going smoothly. Jalisa and Sierra have made it easy here for sure. I highly recommend!!
I LIVED HERE ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND REBECCA AND JULISA WERE GREAT UNTIL I DECIDED TO MOVE OUT. OKAY SO I SPEND 2 DAYS LITERALLY CLEANING THIS APT AND JULISA DID A WALK THROUGH AND TOLD MY HUSBAND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE CARPET WHICH NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK THEN WHEN I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO SEE WHERE MY MONEY WAS I REALIZED THEY HAD BLOCKED ME. I cannot recommend Jalisa at the leasing office enough! From day one, she has been incredibly professional, welcoming, and responsive. Whether I had a quick question about my lease or needed help sorting out a request, she handled it immediately with a positive attitude. It is rare to find an apartment staff member who truly cares about the residents' experience, but Jalisa consistently goes above and beyond to make living here comfortable and stress-free.
