I really wish I didn't have to rate this complex so low, because the staff is friendly, the management is overall helpful, maintenance is good, and there are several really nice amenities like free coffee and complimentary wifi. However, there is one glaring problem with this complex and that is the utility provider: SimpleBills. They are a predatory company. Absolute landlord special when going into the units if you look at the pipes in the ceiling or the painting around the trim you can see obvious haste in terms of painting, as a professional painter take the time to cut in properly and not leave clear paint marks on the ceiling or around the trim the floor, not too mention the place stinks the downstairs lobby area has a mystery smell going on of some kind of weed like smell.

I’ve had a great experience here so far. Niesha is amazing with responding to service requests, Jade and Michael have great communication skills and have been addressing all questions or concerns in a timely manner. The team here fosters a welcoming environment for residents. I most definitely am thinking about renewing my agreement.
