The location is wonderful, and you'll enjoy being there. The host was exceptional in welcoming you on the day you moved in. This place is perfect for your furry friends, and the management team has been incredibly helpful in making you feel right at home. The maintenance team has been quick to address any concerns you've had, ensuring your apartment is well-taken care of. You're in a great spot if you're a student or a person who trying to settle in Downtown, and this is the perfect place for you to thrive. Kudos! <3
The Abigail is great
The apartment is amazing I have lived there before and am moving back in the only issue is parking. This was an issue when I was a resident before. Unfortunately this apartment does not have a designated parking lot for residents at all so you have to purchase an expensive parking pass from CCAD and that's if they have any available. Outside of this issue the apartment is great!

Slightly expensive, but in a great location. very comfortable, kind and responsive staff. Domino's and grocery store across the street, Library is three blocks down Grant St., and the address is awesome.
