I have been renting a room at the Abigail for two years now and unfortunately, I’ve had several personal items go missing. When I reported this to the management office, I was met with a lack of response and no clear protocol to address the situation. Despite my concerns, no action was taken to ensure the security of my belongings. I am disappointed by the lack of support and the absence of a proper response from the management. I hope they can improve their procedures to better support their tenants in the future.
Love that it’s a 20 min walk from the BookLoft of German Village! It’s my favorite part of downtown to walk through!
The Best Place to Live #369
I’ve lived at The Abigail for about three years now. Overall, my experience has been great! Management and maintenance are kind, attentive, and fast to fix problems. I feel like most of my negative experiences here have come from other tenants not taking care of public spaces, which isn’t to be entirely unexpected in housing so close to college campuses. It’s a really convenient place to live if you’re attending CCAD or CSCC!
