Just had a root canal and several fillings done. I find the reception staff friendly and the treatments were done professionally and at NHS prices. I would recommend this practice to other customers/ patients thinking of signing up.
The reception was terrible, with staff showing no interest in helping people. I don’t want to mention names, but the doctor who treated me was extremely unpleasant. They were mocking me, which made me feel very uncomfortable, and because of that I decided to terminate the session.
Honestly if I could give it zero I would, I’ve been going to this dentist since a child and each time the receptionists looked at me and my parents in a belittling way almost as if we’re lower than her. Today I got accused of being rude and also not paying £27.40 from 6 months ago which I have and pulled out the bank statement to show proof that I have, yet from the very second I walked in she was rude to me and rolling her eyes at me as if I’m any different to her. Last time I’ve been there was a lady dentist who fixed my front broken tooth and did a few filling which they all fall apart after few days and she damaged my own tooth instead of fixing ..
