Carlos at The A Team waterproofing provided great advice for my basement drainage issue. He provided a same day free estimate and was reasonable and fair with pricing. He even gave me a DIY solution to try before I went on to spend thousands fixing my issue. Praying this DIY solution works, but if not, i’ll definitely be hiring The A Team to fix. Carlos and A-Team Waterproofing are the absolute best! We have 2 sump pumps, 1 in the garage and 1 in a back room on the first floor of a high ranch. We always had water issues and the sump pumps that had been put in from a previous company were not so reliable. We called Carlos, he looked at our system and we decided to replace one of the pumps, since the other one was still working at the time.
