Carlos at The A Team waterproofing provided great advice for my basement drainage issue. He provided a same day free estimate and was reasonable and fair with pricing. He even gave me a DIY solution to try before I went on to spend thousands fixing my issue. Praying this DIY solution works, but if not, i’ll definitely be hiring The A Team to fix. Grateful for the much needed help!
Carlos and A-Team Waterproofing are the absolute best! We have 2 sump pumps, 1 in the garage and 1 in a back room on the first floor of a high ranch. We always had water issues and the sump pumps that had been put in from a previous company were not so reliable. We called Carlos, he looked at our system and we decided to replace one of the pumps, since the other one was still working at the time. I'm going to give one start for customer service, this company was referred to me by one of my patients. I just purchased a home and wanted an estimate on my basement, looking to get it redone. He scheduled to do an EST between 2-3pm, he called around 4p to say he was 20 mins away, he arrived, I pulled in my drive way, and he drove off without saying anything, had my husband call, after I called several times with no answer, he told my husband he had and emergency.
