Do not use this company unless you would like your rugs returned as dirty as you sent them off! I called A-Team in October (10/26), Connor pickup a large living room rug for cleaning. Connor called me 2 weeks later (11/9) and said he hadn't gotten to it because of some rain and would soon. I told him that was fine, as long as we had it back by Thanksgiving. When I called to ask questions initially, the owner explained the cleaning process clearly. Then Conner and Humphrey cleaned our carpets really well, making sure we were satisfied with the work at different points in the process. They were very careful not to scratch furniture and woodwork in the house. I’ll use this company again.
The A-Team has done it again! I have always had great experiences with the quality work and speedy responses over the past 5 years on many occasions with the A-Team. Well yesterday they did it again! The owners’ son cleaned our carpets, did an excellent job, and even gave me a discount when I asked! This company can be trusted with skilled labor, timely service, and consistent care. 5 star!!!
