Ella is so sweet!
I’d been seeing Kiana monthly for back facials and they were great! Since her departure, I scheduled with Ella and the service didn’t even last the full 45 minutes. The service wasn’t uniform to any of my past experiences and completely underwhelming. Waste of money.
Ashley Dykstra did an amazing job with my brow cleanup and hybrid tint—clean, natural, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
Waited 10 minutes to buy a gift card. No one was even there. Just stood there at the counter. Also called with no answer. Will take my business elsewhere.
I went all over manitowoc trying to get the perfect brows. It wasn’t untill I went to Stella that completely heard and understood what I was looking for and wanted. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!!
