Awesome service - thanks heaps again!
Outstanding service. Arrived 3 hours after the initial quote. Technician was informative and explained everything in an amazing way so even a simpleton like me could understand! Highly recommend
Unreliable on timing. Booked an 8am appointment for a clean. By 8:15 I called to see if they were close. They’d been held up by a previous job and were leaving now. By 9am still no one here so I called again. They’d run out of cleaning product and needed to get more? But no one bothered to call to say they would be even later. I have to get to work so cancelled the booking. Disappointing service.
I was so grateful to get an air conditioning service today due to a leakage issue. Brock is very knowledgeable and gives great advice to keep my system working. I highly recommend using this company.
