Overall I had a good experience, Jamie the Technician was on time, friendly and helpful. When I came to check the A/C’s after the service I was very happy with the main A/C but had concerns with the second, older one. Jamie came back the same day to rectify my concerns but seems it’s a bigger issue with the older unit itself. He refunded me the difference from deep clean to standard for this unit and the office put it through immediately. Great customer service? I will use them The 99 people again

I was very happy with the work that was done on my AC. The man was very friendly, very professional, he explained everything in layman's terms to me. I would be happy to be a return customer. I think you should give him a bonus for being a credit to your company.
