Very disappointed with this service. I booked a premium aircon service for our 4 units, quoted at nearly $700. I expected professional, thorough work—what I got was rushed and dismissive. The technician, Liam, arrived close to 10am for a 9:45am appointment. When we showed him the first unit, he immediately refused to service it, saying he couldn’t access it because of a wall-mounted TV underneath.
