Ordered for air conditioning cleaning. On the phone a lady said I was booked in for the job certain time and day. Took work off the morning to be home when they were cleaning. Checked emails and found they sent me a quote to accept for the work (no mention of this on the phone call) I accepted it. Then I saw another email that gave me a date and time available for the work (not the date and time I took off).
