Lived here 2 years, since Fernando took over the front office it’s been awesome he’s very helpful and easy to work with. The location is awesome right near old town and the green belt in Scottsdale
I love living at the 89! It's a lovely community and I especially like the fact that it's only 2 buildings- I appreciate the cozy vibe. My neighbors are wonderful, and the overall atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Big shout out to Marcus, the property maintenance man!! I'm very impressed with how clean and tidy everything is week after week, and I've noticed that he's always quick to address repair issues. I’ve been really impressed with The 89 on Hayden and what it has to offer for current or future residents of the Scottsdale, AZ area. The property is beautiful and very well-kept — everything looks fresh and clean, all the way down to the carpet and vinyl plank flooring throughout the apartments which looked flawless (no scratches, stains, or wear).
