I have had a great experience living here for about a year and a half. It is very close to campus so it is perfect for VCU students. I feel safe and I love the windows we have on the 4th floor. The view is also nice and maintenance is always very timely and punctual. The leasing office has always been very nice to us and I have never had a problem. The biggest concerns I have experienced my time here is stolen packages. I personally have not had mine stolen, but there constantly are emails being sent about stolen packages. W... read more

UPDATE: I lived at the property for almost two years and moved out early in summer of 2024 with no fees due to issues occurring with the property manager. I will acknowledge that if you are an average student this building is great, as it is right next to campus but that about where the benefits end. Originally both myself and my family were highly impressed with the property. The property manager at the time (Finnessa) was extremely nice and ensured any concerns were handled.
