The worst place to live downtown. Every area is always dirty, the trash is never collected, and the pet area is always filthy and full of waste. If you want to live here, think twice because nothing is what it seems. I've lived in the property for almost 3 years and neither the manager (Sandra) nor (Scott) ever resolved anything, and it's getting worse every time. When we moved in, everything was perfect under (Patricia's) management.
Love the place it’s been great. A bit of lack of communication on the management side but other than that no problems! Lexi has been a great addition with helping with all this in resolved questions had and getting me settled in.
I have had a great experience living here for about a year and a half. It is very close to campus so it is perfect for VCU students. I feel safe and I love the windows we have on the 4th floor. The view is also nice and maintenance is always very timely and punctual. The leasing office has always been very nice to us and I have never had a problem. The biggest concerns I have experienced my time here is stolen packages. I personally have not had mine stolen, but there constantly are emails being sent about stolen packages. W... read more
