Very disappointed. I arrived for my appointment only to to be told by a young girl that her mom was busy and her mom said to tell me that she had cancelled my appointment. However Alana never called or messaged me to cancel. She did not have the courtesy to come to the door and apologize. Completely unprofessional.
I just want to say that all my with 6 Sense Day Spa have been absolutely wonderful! Alana is so friendly and makes you feel so at home in her spa. I had an eye lash lift before COVID and it lasted way longer than I expected! I highly recommend this spa!
