Super helpful. Location closing, so act quickly.
I bought an adjustable mattress base. It worked less than one year. The store did absolutely NOTHING to stand behind their product. They looked up a phone number for me to call. They have NO referrals for a repair company. They put the incorrect item on the receipt. So now, I'm not sure my warranty will be valid. It is ridiculous how much they would NOT do to rectify this situation.
