I was very pleased with all aspects of 50plus from initial telephone contact with the office to the completion of the job. Our bathroom door needed expert attention as having been taken off during bathroom refurbishment it no longer fitted. John and Bernie did a fantastic job working out what to do in order to make the door fit again, and then showed great attention to detail and persistence shaving and aligning the door. Thoughtful, neat and tidy tradesmen. Would definitely come back to 50plus for future jobs.
I've used The 50plus three times now and they're my go-to option for tradespeople now, as I've had really great service. On the last job I had a leak but we couldn't find the stopcock in my house - the plumber took the time to search for this and call in his colleague who had historical knowledge of the older houses in my street, and we did eventually find it. The wooden gable end of my garden room was in a delapidated state. 50+ assigned Martin, a carpender/joiner, to restore the woodwork and Russell, a decorator, to paint it. It was a very difficult job but superbly done. They were both highly skilled, punctual and tidy. I cannot praise their workmanship and professionalism highly enough. I am a very satisfied customer of 50+.
