Don’t trust this business! Pat charged me $700 to replace 2 downstream O2 sensors on my 2004 dodge Durango. I take care of my 88 year old mother and have very little extra money. But I have to have a safe car for her. Thanks for taking advantage of me Pat, as someone who doesn’t know much about cars!
Walked in to have a diagnostic done on a truck for a duramax, injectors and test the injection pump. I told them I’m doing the work on the truck and I just wanted it tested. Pat refused because he wanted to do the work. Really petty thing for them to do that. My brothers have tried bringing vehicles to them and did a shit job. I’m a mechanic and do all my own work. Just didn’t have the tools for the tests. By all means go ahead and have crap work done from this shop.
Employee Sean Callihan calls people ableist slurs and shouldn't be working anywhere whee he has to come in contact with the public. Refuses to wear a mask, big issue for anyone getting work done on their car. Make sure to disinfect bevause this man won't wear a mask even when interacting with customers. Disgusting to see this. Hope something can be done.
RecommendedPat was great. Super Knowledgeable. Great prices and he only uses the best parts for the job. I had quite a bit of work done on my truck and he only had it for about 4 days. Reasonable prices. He will explain everything to you. I am moving across the country and I have piece of mind my truck is going to make it now.
Straightforward honest repair advice. After ten years of working with Pat, I will now travel to Spokane to have my cars and trucks worked on.
I had trouble making sense of the service manual for my 2000 F-250 diesel. Pat bent over backwards to explain and answer all my questions. He clearly had complete understanding of the vehicle. Now my truck is up to date on all critical systems and I have peace of mind. I highly recommend 509 Garage. Thank you Pat!
Pat got my vehicle in and done quickly, efficiently and he was willing to accept payment from the Washington state DSHS , which helped out my family a lot. Excellent service and he has pleasant employees, thanks Pat!
These guys are great! Reasonably priced (not cheap), and you can always count on them to get the job done when they say they will and for how much they say they will.
Best garage in Spokane. Pat kept me updated the whole way, AND gave me a prioritized list of what needs to be fixed next!
