The 501 is the worst place I have ever lived. The Property Manager is rude and unprofessional. If I have an issue, it is quickly dismissed and unresolved. She’ll regularly have male friends that will sit in her office for hours with the door shut. The janitor in the building is perverted. My neighbor was locked out of her apartment one day and he told her she could sleep on his couch until the next morning. She made a complaint against him and nothing was done. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Jeri, the APM at The 501 for always providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to make my residency here worthwhile. From the rapport that she’s built with my roommate and I since when we first moved here in 2019 until now. This was our first apartment and I can truly say it was a great choice.
I have been a resident for 4 years now and have no complaints. Affordable apartment located downtown with free Wi-Fi access!!!! The staff always respond to any service request I put in timely and efficient. Also I love the hardwood floors and updated appliances it really makes the apartment look very luxury. The cost is probably one of the best bargains you will get for the downtown area.
