knowledge staff, excellent customer service
Update to my previous review years ago: I finally was able to check what is wrong with my speedo wiring, what they charged me ~$170 to "diagnose" but kept wanting to charge more to diagnose more and didn't find the fault. I found it easy, it was two cut wires near the speedo sensor in arms reach. If they had thought to remove any of the protective conduit to find the damage, instead they tested other wires (pink/white instead of the orange/white) and left those testing areas open to corrosion without informing me when I took... read more
Customer service not good at all. . .
This shop botched every single part of my car that they were supposed to fix. They zip tied my bumper to my radiator causing the entire car to run poorly. They messed up my hood to the point I'm now having to order a new one. They didn't reattach my parking sensors. They returned the car to me incomplete and with specks of paint everywhere. I should've known not to work with them when the owner said the shops been slow.
