Called to get my codes erased. They said they sure can since they have the computer for it. Waisted my gas for them to tell me they couldn’t erase them. Waisted 45 dollars for them to just look at it and not even erase the codes. This is to shows they are willing to say anything, so you can spend money on them just to hold your keys not even do what they were supposed to do.
Took out Jeep for an alignment Wednesday before traveling out of state and they didn’t fix it. Took it in again on Friday, after thanksgiving, because we were leaving on Saturday and they only did a tire rotation on it without correcting the alignment. The truck was also ready early both time we took it and never received a call. I had to keep calling for them to pick up. Because of them we weren’t able to fix our Jeep before traveling 20hrs. Great service. These mechanics answer their phone when you call them to check on your vehicle. To me, that makes me feel like I matter, and they are taking care of my vehicle. I will keep taking my 4X4 vehicle back.
