Friendly welcoming environment, met promptly upon entering by staff and beautiful dog. Very helpful & honest about my needs & requirements. Talked me out of something I didn't need .I had spoken to multiple staff at multiple shops over several weeks and was great to see knowledgeable " old fashion" retailing still exists.
