4d has been the best place for recovery I could have gone to. The staff is wonderful and supportive. I am eternally grateful to the people here.
I’m so grateful for my time at 4D. The program provided the time, structure, guidance and accountability that I needed to figure out what was missing in my recovery program. 4th Dimension Sober Living is a standout in the Birmingham/ Hoover area. They are the only sober living facility that accommodates residents on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in the area. In addition to MAT, they foster a strong sense of community through mindfulness practices. Highly recommend!
