Bâtiment bien administré et bien entretenu, équipe professionnelle et réactive à l'écoute des besoins des locataires. Seul bémol : le quartier. Il y a beaucoup de trafic même sur la rue Durocher qui est résidentielle, et l'entrée de garage est sur cette même rue, à sens unique, qui mène à l'infernale intersection Jean-Talon/Hutchison. Mais pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas de voiture, je suppose que ce n'est pas un énorme problème.
It's not handicap friendly there's only 1 elevator and when it's reserve they don't tell you. Also inside it's very narrow most of them.
I lived here for 1 year with my partner and our experience was amazing. Building complex and amenities is always very well maintained. The gym is well equipped, we did not hear noise from other apartments above or beside us. Management is very helpful and always responds in a very timely manner.
