I was having a charging problem with my hearing aids, which i had purchased from other clinic. When i called that clinic, i was simply told to buy new hearing aids without checking my hearing aids and was not offered a loaner. I then reached out to several clinics for a second opinion, and The 44 Sounds Hearing Aid Clinic was the only one that responded. I found 44 Sounds when I needed supplies on a weekend. Kate provided and customized them to ensure a good fit and even located and loaned me a charger when needed. Now fitted with high quality aids, Kate's expertise, attention to detail and friendly service has guided me through using them to to their full potential. Highly recommended and the mints are great too!
So at 41yrs old I got hearing aids, the ENT specialist I saw said there's a good chance that it's hereditary, anyways, getting hearing aids has been one of the BEST decisions I've made, I knew I was missing a lot, but didn't realize how much. She deeply cares about her customers and will go the extra mile for them. If you are in need of hearing aids,it would be a mistake to not go see Kate before going elsewhere.
Kate is extremely knowledgeable And her prices are more reasonable Than other clinics I attended. I was reluctant to get hearing aids in my 50’s even though I knew I Needed them. Kate took away the stigma And focused on quality of life improvement. Her testing is extensive and follow Up is excellent. I would highly recommend her over the Costco hearing clinics and other big chains. She is dedicated To helping her clients with superior knowledge.
