Kate gives great customer service and really cares about the results for her clients. She let me test three different kinds of hearing aids over two months. The latest Starkey Edge AI+, the Tesound Vivia 9, and Oticon Intent. All premium versions of each hearing aid and she let me take them home and try the app programs. Kate is extremely knowledgeable And her prices are more reasonable Than other clinics I attended. I was reluctant to get hearing aids in my 50’s even though I knew I Needed them. Kate took away the stigma And focused on quality of life improvement. Her testing is extensive and follow Up is excellent. I would highly recommend her over the Costco hearing clinics and other big chains. She is dedicated To helping her clients with superior knowledge.

My wife and I came to the clinic after she reviewed the google reviews for clinics in Edmonton We both had our hearing tests and both of us required hearing aids. Kate suggested my hearing loss was classic hearing loss due to loud noises. Since I worked in the refinery she submitted my test to the WCB for evaluation. My wife was a family doctor so she could not apply. Kate could not complete the fitting on my wife due to extreme ear wax.
