UPDATED 09/25/25: My heart is heavy having to update my review, but the safety concerns are just not reaching AMC loud enough to bring a sense of urgency in an effort to protect their tenants. Living at the 3900 has been a journey. The neighborhood itself is nice, and I truly enjoy the community. However, the number of safety incidents that have occurred here is deeply concerning as a single mother. The 3900 has a nice, quiet vibe and is in a really convenient spot - close to shops, food, and easy commuting options. The place looks modern and feels clean without being overdone. Staff is friendly and quick to respond when something comes up, which definitely makes a difference. Overall, it is a solid, comfortable place to be!
We’ve had a great experience living here! Everyone—from the office team( brandy and Anita) to the maintenance crew( Luis) —has been amazing and so helpful. The appliances and the units themselves are very nice and well-kept. The entire staff is so sweet and always willing to help with anything we need. If you’re looking for a good place to live, look no further—this is it! Highly recommend.
