I just signed up recently. As a new member, I am extremely impressed. I appreciate that the facility carries the Nautilus Nitro Line of selectorized equipment. In my opinion, These are the best selectorized weight stack equipment ever made by nautilus. My training is mostly time under tension, slow repetition, and heavy duty weight training. Best gym in the area. Great equipment and layout. Never had a bad lift at bad reps
Went to the gym for the first time here. The staff member who got me setup with the access key was very nice, and seems to be a very welcoming place. I'm new to working out and it's awesome that I don't feel like im under pressure with big crowds gave me time to get familiar with the equipment
Small gym, clean equipment. Peaceful environment. Love it !
