AVOID THIS SHIT. So unprofessional manger whenever you speaks to them they only response they have is send us an email. Pure disrespect. They never give a proper responses. “ we will get back to you” “ it’s been already 6 WEEKS.
I do not recommend renting in this building. The management and customer service are extremely poor. Whenever tenants need assistance, maintenance requests are often ignored or take far too long to be addressed. Communication only seems important when they want something from you. The building has ongoing issues with pests, including bed bugs, which is a serious concern for residents. Despite complaints, problems are not handled effectively.
