Scott is extremely knowledgeable about Personal Strength Training. He has 30 years of experience and he has developed a great workout regimen for me that literally takes 21 minutes! I guarantee you that you will be amazed how worn out you will be after a 21 Minute workout--when you exercise the proper way to strengthen the muscles, it doesn't take very long! I have been training at The 21 Minute workout 1-2 times weekly for over a decade and continue to gain strength and build muscle well into my 50s. What’s the secret?... I find that Scott can gently push me to train harder and safer under his coaching than I would on my own.

Scott is an excellent trainer. He views working out from a scientific perspective. It’s not how many repetitions or how much weight you put on the machine but how you perform the movement. Scott is extremely patient and flexible which is important to those of us with busy schedules.The amount of personal attention he provides is hard to come by. I highly recommend The 21 Minute Workout.

I have been working out at 21 Minute Workout for one year. I have reversed my osteoporosis, my posture is improved, and I am stronger than I have ever been. Its fast, simple, ultra safe for people of all ages and affordable. Scott is an experienced trainer who knows the science behind the super slow workout method. This is not your average gym, go check it out.
