Scott is an excellent trainer. He views working out from a scientific perspective. It’s not how many repetitions or how much weight you put on the machine but how you perform the movement. Scott is extremely patient and flexible which is important to those of us with busy schedules.The amount of personal attention he provides is hard to come by.
