This review of mine is now official and will not be deleted. This USA company out sources some if not all of their dispatching positions over seas paying them 5-6 USD per hour. On Upwork they range their hourly rate from 5 USD to 25 USD however they only hire bids less than 6 USD which of course is a red flag I took some screen shots of their Upwork reviews. I will upload them soon after I block out the reviewer's names Stay away from them

This company will bid for the lowest bid for a dispatcher on upwork usually over seas. Just so you'll know

Have at present made one move for this company, very unorganized from the start. Took way to long to get safely equipment that was missing in vehicle do to credit card issues. Trouble with flights, leaving me stranded, had to pay for a flight to get home and company refusing to reimburse. Dispatch in another country (Philippines). Not at all understanding how things are here and difficulties that come up let enough care. Very poor company to work for.
