The 1916 Company is a great resource for high-end jewelry. My wife and I qere both looking for very specific timepieces and although they had a huge selection on hand, it wasn't what we were looking for. They went above and beyond to find and bring the pieces in for us. Brandy and Francis were expecional at getting this done and exactly what you would want from a luxury brand source and retailer. Its been hard to find rare and unique pieces but this place is definitely a great resource.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Rolex at Hyde Park. This meant a lot to me because it was a 30th birthday gift to myself. Derek was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. If I could give him and the store 6 stars I would. I can’t see myself buying a watch from anyone else in the future.
I’ve been a customer of Melody’s since she was working at Ben Bridge in the same location as 1916 in 2016. Since then she has shown exceptional professionalism, and customer service over the years while providing amazing watches and jewelry. I had an extremely disappointing experience at The 1916 Company. My husband brought in his $60,000 watch for a routine cleaning, something you would expect to be handled with the utmost care at a luxury watch retailer. Unfortunately, during the cleaning process, the employee assisting us (Corey) dropped the watch’s spring down the drain.
