Absolutely love this watch store. I have purchased with Phil previously. I think he is in the Miami location. I stopped in last week to inquire about a Rolex very helpful. They had Phil contact me. I had a response within an hour. They even added a link to my Rolex. Every one was just great. So much nicer than when it was Hyde Park Jewelers. I highly recommend !!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I have bought a watch from them. I bought my first Grand Seiko today and I must say Sarah was incredible! Without any pressure she helped me select the right model and had it shipped to the store expeditiously. There was never any pressure to buy and she gave my wife and I lots of time and room to decide. Sarah is an incredible professional that made this expensive purchase so pleasant. I reached out online to schedule an appt to buy a watch for my wife. The original request was on 8/8 requesting an appt for 8/22 which I got an auto reply that someone would be in touch. No one reached out. I followed up on 8/11 no response. I received a survey on 8/20 asking why I didn’t buy and I checked the box that I wasn’t contacted. It asked if I would still like to be contacted and I said yes. Nothing. Great selection, bad pricing. Even their used pieces were priced at the top of the market and they were totally inflexible on their new stuff. Take a walk down the hall to Oliver Smith and you’ll get a much better deal and you’ll get to chat with actual watch enthusiasts.
