Great selection, bad pricing. Even their used pieces were priced at the top of the market and they were totally inflexible on their new stuff. Take a walk down the hall to Oliver Smith and you’ll get a much better deal and you’ll get to chat with actual watch enthusiasts.

We really enjoyed the watch fair this weekend! Especially helpful are Brandon, and Melody. We had a great time and enjoy the friendly staff and amazing variety of Timepieces and jewelry! Edit June 2026 new manager Brandy and her entire staff are amazing as well as Melody and Scott. Melody helped us and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location!
This my second and last visit to this store. This time I wandered around the preowned section for about 10min and not a single sales person appeared me to help. The last time I was in this store, I was in the new Rolex AD section and as soon as I asked about availability of their stainless steel tool watches, I felt like I was herded quickly to the preowned section (even though I was wearing my Blusey Submariner).
