I’ve been working with Cameron for over 10 years. He takes pride in knowing me, my body, and my fitness goals. I never feel self conscious or intimidated, rather, I am highly encouraged to try new exercises and different techniques. My trainer is Benjamin, he is the best, most kind and attentive coah I've had and he have helped me both mentally and physically. Come train with him, you'll have fun!
If you're looking for a place to work out one on one with a trainer, that actually focuses on you and offers insights, not just for the gym but things you can do outside the gym to continue your improvement, this is the place. All the trainers here are educated in what they are sharing, and practice what the preach and continue to educate themselves on new things related to training, the body, health and wellness, etc. I train with Cameron, never has he missed a session, he has been amenable to my schedule if things come up.... read more
