A fantastic spot with great Americanized sushi! I'm so full of fish I feel like an aquarium with legs.
🍣 Tried 1126 Restaurant through Uber Eats and honestly everything tasted SO fresh 👏 I ordered the Buckeye Roll and the Godzilla Roll and both were delicious. The fish tasted super fresh, the rolls were packed with flavor, and everything still held up really well even after delivery 🍱🔥 The Godzilla Roll had the perfect crispy texture while still being soft and flavorful inside, and the Buckeye Roll was such a good balance of flavors. Outstanding sushi. Fresh and tasty selections and I mean everything. Way above average. A bit on pricier side but worth it. Spicy Kani salad was excellent too. Service was ok but not stellar with the bartender making drinks for the restaurant and also waiting my table. She was working diligently but had too much to do.
We were seated quickly, attended by a very friendly server whose name I can’t remember but really wish I did — she was great! Our food came out super fast, too. I ordered the Crunchy Roll (which was generously portioned) and kani nigiri. Excited for my leftovers tomorrow! 🤩
Everything was really delicious! Chef’s Omakase was a good variety of fish and were fresh as well as tender! Yaki Udon was also amazing and very filling at the price point. Was celebrating a birthday and the waitress made sure to make us feel very special! Would definitely recommend
