The 1 Fitness is the best gym in Columbus! It is luxurious, well maintained and the training is extremely effective. I love the community and getting to meet new awesome people which is another perk of being a member. I would highly recommend checking them out!

The best workout facility in the area!! Love the welcoming atmosphere and Shane is honestly the best person to walk us through the space. Super clean and everyone is very sweet. Highly recommend! Congrats Uncle Shane! So happy for you to come into the hood and see you around more!
This location is awesome. I have been a member since its existence. I train with Brian Taylor and have been since he was at Lifetime fitness. I’ve been training with him for 13 years and he has changed my life in so many ways. Just an awesome guy, friend and trainer. I highly recommended The 1 Fitness. All the trainers are awesome, so anyone that you would train with will be great!
I had a terrible experience with Bryan Taylor when he was a trainer at Lifetime Fitness. While I was working out, he aggressively shoved me without warning, causing me to stumble and nearly fall. His excuse? “I was using that”—even though there was no indication the equipment was in use. He showed zero professionalism, never apologized, and acted as if his behavior was acceptable.
