This location is awesome. I have been a member since its existence. I train with Brian Taylor and have been since he was at Lifetime fitness. I’ve been training with him for 13 years and he has changed my life in so many ways. Just an awesome guy, friend and trainer. I highly recommended The 1 Fitness. All the trainers are awesome, so anyone that you would train with will be great!

I had a terrible experience with Bryan Taylor when he was a trainer at Lifetime Fitness. While I was working out, he aggressively shoved me without warning, causing me to stumble and nearly fall. His excuse? “I was using that”—even though there was no indication the equipment was in use. He showed zero professionalism, never apologized, and acted as if his behavior was acceptable. The 1 Fitness is a professional, top-notch quality gym. It not only does the job getting me into shape, but also delivers an overall experience that you won't find anywhere else. Provides a true sense of community with their great staff that makes you feel truly welcome. And the owner, Shane Facemyer, is one of the nicest, most genuine, knowledgeable people in the industry. Keep it up guys!
