Came here to buy wax for my pen, overly expensive rung up the wax and it was $50 for a gram…. Still bought it just to get home and the syringe doesn’t work and the wax is not coming out. I went to return/exchange was told only the manager only does exchanges and to come back a day he was supposed to be in. Went that day and he still wasn’t there. Bad customer service for returns/exchange especially when something you bought isn’t working properly.
Best place in Houston by far just keeps getting better
