Dr. Thayer is very good. Very, very good at his craft. He is patient and listens to his patients well. I had 2 extractions and the staff and nurses were very patient and kind to me. They provided me with ice packs from my body breaking out in a sweat. I was treated wonderfully here. Minimal blood, post op. I would recommend anyone to him.
Very patient and understanding both Dr.Thayer and his entire staff. Dr. Thayer explained everything and was very diligent to help me with a very difficult problem.
Dr Thayer and staff were very professional and made you feel at ease. I walked in was greeted promptly then taken to a room by Kathleen where she explained everything to me. Dr Thayer they walked I. Greeted you like you are an important person not a number. He then explained the procedure asked if you had any pain or other issues and gave you time to ask questions and understand the procedure. He was gentle for having to remove a tooth and roots. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Thayer.
It started with me being quoted for about half of what the total procedure ended up costing. I paid $500 my first visit for a hello and "say ahh", and was pretty much locked in to pay another $500 else I forfeit the first fee. Second visit, I waited an hour and a half. No acknowledgment, no apologies. The first person to enter was a nurse/technician that ended up doing the procedure. I didn’t even see the doctor. Waiting 1.5hrs to see a technician, of which there are about 8, is not acceptable.
I have nothing but praise for Dr Thayer and his staff,they are true professionals and at the same time caring and compassionate-a virtue you don't see a lot these days Would recommend them highly to anyone God bless you all!1
