Came in the middle of the work day and turned off my power without notifying me. No commuincation
We live in New York State and had a very severe storm come through on June 22nd around 3:30am power was out until Monday evening. The temperatures were in the mid to high nineties so it was unbearable in our house. Thayer came and a couple hours later the power was on I'm sure they were working on the other end of our lines but it didn't take long once they got to our road. We appreciate them coming to New York to help especially how hot it was. THANK YOU
The constant alarm/beeping is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Living near this company is an absolute nightmare.
