Walk out to see a whole bunch of their utility trucks parked on the street and the first utility truck I see, there is a worker in the drivers seat taking a nap.
They completely blocked our driveway and they parked the wrong way on the street. You are meant to parked on the street in the direction of traffic while they had their trucks facing on coming traffic. Resulted in an accident because they left the narrowest gap for cars to come in and out of our driveway. Very thankful WPD found them responsible for what happened.
I don't know anything about this company but I saw one of their trucks. A sticker read "the vehicles stops IS recorded by GPS." That grammatically incorrect, 3 stars. I changed my rating to 5 for no reason but I urge the company to fix this because it leaves a very bad first impression. Who wants someone working on "power and COMMUNICATION" that didn't catch that error.
Likes to block your driveway while working then takes years to finish a job. caused me to be late for work.
Came in the middle of the work day and turned off my power without notifying me. No commuincation
