If you go in to get labs done plan on waiting at least an hour. There were two girls drawing blood but they had to cover ED and other areas in the hospital.
Called to settle a bill I received only to be called incompetent, uneducated along with many other things! Cheryl in the billing department was exceptionally rude and horrifying to speak with. She stated she is the highest in the building and refused to help me! I work in an office and handle finances. I would NEVER deny or call my patients the things Cheryl called me. Horrible human
