Terrible experience my father was told to rush over to the er to be seen for a stroke by the time we did all the back and fourth to the diff departments they got mad and threatened to call of because we were getting upset that no one knew what was going on and it was our fault even with our doctor on the phone talking to them
Dr. C is the best and the staff at Thayer have been excellent.
I had an appointment scheduled for 8:10 am on June 9th with Pam Lyons and this appointment has BEEN scheduled for 2 months. I had KV cap pick me up and I arrived at 7:50. By the time I was finished with the paperwork and the intake it was already 8:10... At 8:45 the doctor finally walked through the door and my ride was scheduled to come and pick me up at 9:00... This is the first appointment I've ever had at this facility with this person and all I got was a bunch of excuses for why I had to waste an hour of my life waiting... read more
