I was pleased with the service I received for my Fusion and felt it was reasonably priced. I was able to get some recall items fixed along with electronics issues I was experiencing. Andrew was great to work with, and he kept me updated on the progress on my car and explained things well. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and knowledgeable.
Do they cost a bit more than other places? Yes. Are they better trained and more likely to fix a problem than put a bandaid on it? Yes. My wife had a local shop "fix" her breaks three times. Each time it cost less than the quote from Thayer, but the problem always returned. She ended up spending a lot more and the problem was still there 18 months later (plus three times into a shop). Would not recommend. They tried to take advantage of a college student by overcharging. Way to go jake
