4 STARS... I had my dryer for 10 yrs before it died. So, I purchased a new one at Thayer and Nick was very helpful. I got a good deal on the price as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is because when the dryer was delivered they never hooked up the dryer to the vent and I had to figure it out when it wasn't drying my clothes.
I'm really glad I reached out to Thayer to see if my decades-old dryer might be repairable before I bought a new one! Tom came to the house, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken belt. After this affordable repair, I might have this dryer working for another couple of decades, rather than having to buy a new one that won't last half as long.
Our old refrigerator literally burned up late one earning. In an emergency condition we were opening windows and frantically packing our food into coolers. The next day we were looking to buy a new refrigerator and went on line to all the big box stores. The soonest they could get us a new refrigerator was 2 weeks out.
