Mark and his team are very efficient, reliable and hard-working. They repaired my boiler, a broken pipe and recently carried out a gas safety inspection where Mark detected a dangerous fault with my gas cooker that Currys engineer didn’t manage to detect after two visits. Highly recommend Thaw Out Heating and Plumbing🥇

Mark Thaw and Co installed my underfloor heating and advised annual service. All went for the first year until I called back for a service which unfortunately left one area with no heating. I called the firm back to investigate as the electrician said this was a plumbing issue. Mark returned and said it would cost me a lot to fix it. I repeatedly tried to get him to repair it but he started to ignore messages and texts. I ended up buying a heater for that area. I cannot recommend Mark and his assistant enough. My old boiler broke down and needed replacing when my partner was in hospital and it was very cold. Mark went out of his way to make sure it was fitted and working before my partner came home. Mark is very helpful, respectful, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you very much Mark and Team.

I woke up at this morning to noise coming from my lounge. As I live alone I threw on some clothes expecting to fight off burglars. It was Mark Thaw and co, who had the audacity to let themselves into my home to do a Gas Safety Check without my permission! Weeks earlier I had arranged with Thaw Out Heating to come in the afternoon as I would be able to let them in, as I work nights. However despite them knowing this my Landlord gave them my key.
