Very poor experience with Sheri of "That's Flippin' Smart Art" in Azle, TX. I saw that she made some wooden signs on YouTube and asked if she could make a custom Christmas sign for me. She said she could do it and quoted me $350 and 2 weeks. I agreed and put down a 50% deposit via PayPal. I waited about 3 weeks and heard nothing.
