We had a great experience with Blue Water Estate Planning. Laura answered every question we had and made to put it in terms we understood. Her staff is also helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure working with all of them while completing out living trust process.
Laura Thatcher has handled my case so poorly that she now doesn't even return calls. Never preps you before court. Haven't heard from her in 2 years and then I receive a notice from her office that we have court. Doesnt say where only when. I reached out to her and still no response. She has even admitted that she 'dropped the ball" on my case, but she never picked it up. Also, high turnover in the office which says a lot. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
